About the Event
The Irving Family Advocacy Center will host a ceremony of remembrance and hope. Open to the general public, attendees can personalize a lantern in honor of a victim or survivor that will be released on the water at the conclusion of the ceremony. Art exhibit and middle school choir during ceremony
