Joyce Bilyeu is an advocate and survivor. She currently serves as the Director of Operations at the Sacramento Regional Family Justice Center. She survived being shot at close range by her abuser many years ago and has gone on to become a zealous advocate for other survivors and the responsibility of professionals to wrap victims in safety, support, and services.
