  Glow Run! Participants will receive a glow-in-the-dark shirt with advance
  registration\, and will enjoy vendors\, music\, food\, and more at the ev
 ent! A community vigil will take place at 6:45 p.m. and the 5K will begin 
 at 7 p.m.\, rain or shine.
