This 5-part webinar series – Abuse in Later Life: A Webinar Series for Civil Attorneys and Legal Advocates – is presented by the National Clearinghouse on Abuse in Later Life (NCALL) and the American Bar Association (ABA) Commission on Domestic & Sexual Violence. Attendees will learn about a range of topics related to civil remedies for abuse in later life. January 25, 2018: Module 1: Abuse in Later Life Overview This module explores forms of abuse in later life, common abuser tactics, and dynamics of power and control that exist in many abuse in later life cases. Other webinar dates in this series: February 8, February 22, March 8, and March 22. Who Should Enroll: The webinar series is tailored to the needs of civil attorneys and legal advocates. Registration, however, is open to all participants who wish to further develop their professional understanding of ALL.
