Law & Order NOMORE Marathon Sunday

Looking for something to do this Sunday, March 8? Here's an idea: gather up friends, order pizza and enjoy an afternoon together while watching the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit mini-marathon on USA Network, focusing on topics like campus rape, military, male victims and dating violence.

It’s one of many activities that are part of NO MORE Week, celebrating the birth of the well-known national effort to engage every individual, organization, or business to say NO MORE and to make domestic violence and sexual assault awareness and prevention a year-round priority.

After a few hours of following the detectives around, consider taking a couch break and printing out a NO MORE sign, adding your message to it, and snapping a picture of you and your marathon-watching pals. Then post it on your preferred social medium using #NOMOREweek. The more who stand up to violence, the better!

The 11 episodes are scheduled to air from noon to 11 p.m. ET and are loosely based on real crimes that have received media attention. The episodes each carry a TV rating ranging from TV14 to TV-D-L-S-CV; see age appropriateness of the episodes and understand the TV rating system.

If you’re interested in participating further, check out the NOMOREweek event guide that includes a map of activities happening around the country.
